Defective And Damaged Items

We inspect all products for quality before packing and handle packaging with care to prevent damage during transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and include a picture of the product.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement once you return the faulty item to us by post. After we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement promptly.

Refunds And Exchange Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY: We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item even if you get free shipping while buying the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY: We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us within 24 hrs of delivery. We will pick up the products. Once we receive the products we will dispatch the new products.

There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on offer products, we replace only damaged products with same design.

The price of our products is inclusive of the GST (goods and services tax).

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within 24 hours, orders which are placed on weekend are dispatched on the next working day. Please ensure you complete your address details correctly when placing your order.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery agencies or by the time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.

If we are unable to deliver a confirmed order and you have already made the payment using a credit or debit card, we will refund the amount paid at the time of placing the order. We will process the refund to your card account within 7 days.
