Return Policy Duration

We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers must request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • You return the product in its original packaging with tags intact
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order ID)

We may decline returns if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
  • The product is missing original packaging or accessories
  • You submit the return request after the allowed timeframe

Unboxing Video and Proof Requirement

To maintain transparency and avoid disputes, please record a complete unboxing video while opening your package.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • A continuous, unedited recording
  • The condition of the product and packaging

Customers must also provide clear photos of the product and outer packaging in case of any issue.

We may reject claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items if you do not provide proper video and photo proof.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share the unboxing video and relevant images

Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for paying return or exchange shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

However, ArtCraftMakers.com will waive return shipping charges in the following cases:

  • The product delivered was incorrect or not as ordered
  • The total order value exceeds INR 10,000

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased under sale, discount, or promotional offers
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Products returned in used or damaged condition not caused by our error

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in certain situations:

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Items showing signs of use

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers requesting an exchange for the same product should contact our support team. Replacement is subject to product availability.

For faster processing, customers may return the item and place a new order separately after approval.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
